How do I get there? Catch a train to Museum or Kings Cross or there are a range of buses that stop along Oxford St or 100m away at Taylor Square - plan your trip here

Where's the nearest parking? There is limited street parking available. St Vincent's Hospital public parking is the closest and best value public parking station - see here for details

Are children allowed in the venue? Yes, if they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? The ground floor of the venue has wheelchair access and a wheelchair accessible toilet. The other 2 levels are not wheelchair accessible.

Can I BYO food or drinks? No. 

LIMELIGHT ROOM FAQs

How can I buy tickets? Click on the BUY TICKETS icon on the webpage of the show you want to see and follow the prompts. Tickets are also available at the box office in the venue from one hour prior to the commencement of a performance, subject to availability.

Where is the box office in the venue? The box office is open from one hour prior to the performance in the bar on the first floor. Go up the stairs to the left of the bar on the ground floor and turn right. 

What time do I need to arrive to eat before a show? At least one hour prior to the performance start time. Wait times may occasionally be unavoidable, due to several parties ordering at once.

Can I order food to eat at interval or after the show? Yes, subject to the timing of the show and how busy the kitchen is. 

Can I take food and drinks into the LIMELIGHT ROOM? You can take drinks in, but not food. Any hot drinks you take in will be served to you in a takeaway cup.

What happens if I'm running late? If you arrive after the doors have closed for the start of the show, you will not be able enter until after interval (if there is one). Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges available for latecomers.
